What warranty do Eyematic products carry?
Eyematic cameras and recorders carry up to 5 years warranty (depending on the model) and 10 years service assurance. Keep your invoice; we’ll need it for any claim.
How do I raise a warranty or replacement claim?
Call +91 98508 00060 or send the form on this page with the model number and the problem. We arrange replacement all over India through our dealer network.
Can I view my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Our XVRs, NVRs and WiFi cameras support live view and playback on Android and iOS. Our technician sets it up at installation, or we can guide you over the phone.
How many days of recording will I get?
It depends on the number of cameras, resolution and hard-disk size. As a rough guide, 4 cameras at 5 MP on a 1 TB disk keep around 2–3 weeks. We size the disk for the retention you need.
What is the difference between an XVR and an NVR?
An XVR is a hybrid recorder that works with analogue HD cameras over coaxial cable as well as IP cameras. An NVR records IP cameras only, usually over network cable with PoE.
Do you install outside Pune?
Yes. Our in-house team covers Pune and nearby areas, and our network of technical agents handles installations and service across India.
Do you offer annual maintenance (AMC)?
Yes. AMC plans include scheduled health checks, cleaning, hard-disk checks and priority call-outs. Ask us for a quote based on your site.
